Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional Scrum teams delivering Salesforce solutions, ensuring adherence to Agile best practices.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate project timelines, scope, resources, and budgets while managing stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, QA, and business analysts to translate requirements into actionable user stories.
