Job Summary

Rust-Oleum Corporation is seeking a Sales Technical Professional for Concrete Block Admixture in Cleveland, Cuyahoga County, US. This role combines technical expertise with sales acumen to drive growth of our concrete block admixture portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Euclid Chemical’s concrete block admixture solutions to contractors, distributors, and specifiers.
• Provide technical support, product demonstrations, and training to customers and internal sales teams.
• Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
• Gather market intelligence and feedback to influence product development and marketing strategies.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, prepare forecasts, and report on sales performance.
• Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and supply chain to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of technical sales experience in construction chemicals or concrete additives.
• Strong understanding of concrete technology, admixture chemistry, and block manufacturing processes.
• Proven track record of meeting sales quotas and building long‑term client relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel within the Cleveland market and occasional regional trips.

Compensation & Benefits
