Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business by presenting home improvement solutions to residential customers.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial appointment to contract signing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly and annual sales targets.
• Collaborate with the head office to provide feedback on lead quality and market trends.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven sales experience, preferably in home improvement, construction, or related sectors.
