Job Summary

Northbridge Financial Corporation is seeking a Sales & Distribution Broker Analyst in Toronto, Ontario. This role supports broker management, builds and analyses reporting systems, and mentors junior analysts.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the end‑to‑end broker management process, ensuring compliance and timely documentation.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance broker performance reports, dashboards, and analytical tools.
• Analyze trading and distribution data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and technology teams on system enhancements and special projects.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to less‑experienced analysts.
• Prepare concise presentations and executive summaries for senior leadership.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
