Innovative Systems is seeking a Sales Development Representative in Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, US. This full‑time role offers a fixed salary of $73,741.89 and focuses on generating qualified leads for our SaaS‑based financial‑crime compliance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify target accounts in the financial services, fintech, and regulated industries.
- Initiate outbound outreach via phone, email, and social media to set discovery meetings for senior sales staff.
- Qualify inbound leads, assess prospect needs, and match them to Innovative Systems’ product portfolio.
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in CRM (Salesforce) and ensure timely follow‑up.
- Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and campaign effectiveness.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly lead‑generation targets and contribute to revenue forecasts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of B2B sales or lead‑generation experience, preferably in SaaS or compliance technology.
- Strong communication skills with a proven ability to engage C‑level and decision‑maker audiences.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office suite.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, remote‑hybrid environment.
