Sales Account Manager

Job Summary

EnGenius Technologies, Inc. is seeking a results‑driven Sales Account Manager to grow and nurture relationships with VARs, MSPs and System Integrators in Costa Mesa, Orange County. This role focuses on partner satisfaction, quota achievement and territory expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and deepen business relationships with existing VAR, MSP and System Integrator partners through regular communication, quarterly business reviews and joint go‑to‑market planning.
• Provide timely product updates, pricing information and coordinate technical support to ensure partner satisfaction and brand loyalty.
• Drive revenue by managing inbound and outbound sales opportunities, meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Identify new channel partners, qualify prospects and expand the partner ecosystem within the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, product and engineering teams to deliver customized solutions that meet partner and end‑customer needs.
• Prepare accurate forecasts, pipeline reports and sales performance metrics for leadership review.
• Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape and EnGenius product roadmap to position solutions effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of B2B channel sales experience, preferably in networking, wireless or IT solutions.
• Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and growing partner revenue.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel within the Costa Mesa/Orange County region as needed.

Compensation

Base salary $79,136.14 annually, plus commission and performance incentives.
