Job Summary

Join Cigna Group as a SafeGuardRx Product Strategy Senior Advisor in Saint Louis, Saint Louis County (Hybrid). You will guide the SafeGuardRx platform’s strategy, execution and continuous improvement while partnering with product leadership and cross‑functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational advisory support for the SafeGuardRx (SGRx) platform and related product suite.
• Translate product vision and roadmap into actionable execution plans, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Identify, assess and mitigate execution risks; develop contingency plans to keep projects on track.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Clinical, Compliance and Marketing to align stakeholder expectations and drive product delivery.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and feature prioritisation.
• Lead readiness activities, including training, documentation and change‑management processes for new releases.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and product health metrics; provide regular performance reports to senior leadership.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert on SafeGuardRx, advising on best practices, regulatory compliance and industry trends.
• Facilitate cross‑functional workshops and steering committees to ensure alignment and accountability.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Pharmacy, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in product strategy, advisory, or senior product management roles within healthcare or pharmacy technology.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Proven track record of managing complex, cross‑functional initiatives from concept to launch.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills; comfortable presenting to senior executives.
• Knowledge of pharmacy benefit management (PBM) systems, regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, FDA) and digital health trends.
• Experience working in a hybrid or remote environment with distributed teams.
