Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, assess and document roof conditions on commercial and industrial projects.
• Install, repair and maintain roofing assemblies according to engineered specifications and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects and project managers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
• Provide technical advice to clients on material selection, maintenance plans and lifecycle performance.
• Prepare detailed field reports, punch‑lists and as‑built drawings using company software.
• Support quality‑assurance inspections and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to all health, safety and environmental regulations on site.

Essential Requirements

• Relevant trade qualification in roofing or equivalent on‑the‑job experience.
• Minimum 2 years of field experience with commercial roofing systems (e.g., EPDM, TPO, metal, built‑up).
• Strong knowledge of building codes, roofing standards and sustainability practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive, client‑focused attitude.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel to multiple sites across the Toronto region.
• Good communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and field‑reporting tools.
