Job Summary
Ochsner Health System is seeking a full‑time Registered Nurse for the Medical ICU on Jeff Highway in New Orleans, Orleans Parish. This is a Shift of Greatest Need position with an annual salary of $155,751.42.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive, evidence‑based nursing care to critically ill adult patients in the Medical ICU.
- Monitor patient vitals, administer medications, and operate advanced life‑support equipment.
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to develop and adjust care plans.
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the electronic health record.

Qualifications
