Saint Joseph Hospital Orange is seeking a full‑time Registered Nurse (RN) for Labor and Delivery in King, Orange County, US. Provide compassionate care to expectant mothers during labor, delivery, and the immediate postpartum period.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor maternal and fetal vital signs, assess labor progress, and document findings accurately.
• Assist physicians and midwives with deliveries, including normal vaginal births, C‑sections, and emergency situations.
• Provide emotional support, education, and pain‑management options to patients and families.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and newborn care according to hospital protocols.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, evidence‑based patient outcomes.
• Maintain a clean, organized labor and delivery suite and adhere to infection‑control standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of California.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Labor and Delivery or a related obstetric setting.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) preferred.
• Strong communication, critical‑thinking, and multitasking abilities.
