Key Responsibilities

• Monitor patients’ vital signs, heart rate, blood pressure, and respiration continuously.
• Assess and respond to signs of distress or clinical deterioration.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and life‑support interventions according to protocols.
• Document patient status, interventions, and outcomes accurately in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and multidisciplinary team members.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatment plans, and post‑discharge care.
• Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their loved ones.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona.
• Minimum 1‑2 years experience in an intensive care or critical care setting.
• Certification in BLS and ACLS (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
• Strong assessment, critical‑thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
