Job Summary

BSV Recruitment Ltd is looking for an experienced Revit MEP Contractor to join a long‑term project team in Rush Green, Romford, UK. The role focuses on creating coordinated BIM models and detailed drawings for mechanical, electrical and public health systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate 3D MEP models using Autodesk Revit for a variety of building services projects.
• Produce coordinated models for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing/public health systems, ensuring clash‑free integration.
• Generate comprehensive 2D drawings, schematics, and layout sheets derived from the 3D models.
• Collaborate closely with architects, structural engineers and on‑site contractors to resolve design issues.
• Maintain model standards, naming conventions and BIM execution plans throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in preparing model extracts for quantity take‑offs and cost estimating.
• Provide technical support and mentorship to junior BIM staff as required.

Requirements

• Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as a Revit MEP Contractor on commercial or industrial projects.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP, Navisworks and related BIM tools.
• Solid understanding of UK building services codes and regulations.
• Ability to produce high‑quality 2D construction documents from Revit models.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work within multidisciplinary teams.
• Attention to detail, problem‑solving mindset and commitment to delivering on schedule.
