About This Position

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory sales plan that maximises market share for DEWALT®, BLACK+DECKER® and other Stanley Black & Decker brands.
- Build strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and key decision‑makers across the Smyrna and greater Atlanta market.
- Analyze sales data, forecast demand, and identify growth opportunities to exceed quarterly targets.
- Coordinate product launches, promotions and in‑store merchandising to drive brand visibility.
- Provide training and product knowledge support to retail staff to enhance customer experience.
- Report performance metrics and market insights to regional leadership.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales or territory management within the tools, hardware, or home improvement industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory and manage a flexible schedule.
- Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and comfortable working independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.
