Kleos Consulting Inc. is hiring enthusiastic Retail Sales Associates to promote AT&T products and services inside major retailers such as Target and Costco across San Diego, San Diego County.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers in the electronics department of partner retail stores.
• Demonstrate and explain AT&T devices, plans, and accessories.
• Achieve weekly sales targets and upsell complementary services.
• Maintain a clean, organized product display and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Provide exceptional customer service, answer questions, and resolve issues promptly.
• Gather customer feedback and relay insights to the Kleos Consulting team.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced retail environments.
• Basic technical aptitude for smartphones, tablets, and wireless services.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for store visits.

Compensation & Benefits

Earn $900 – $1,700 per week (approximately $43,594 annually) based on performance, with commission and incentive programs.
