Retail Assistant Store Manager

Delta Galil USA is seeking a full‑time Retail Assistant Store Manager for its 7 For All Mankind boutique in Winchester, Clark County, US. This role supports the Store Manager in driving sales, delivering premium denim experiences and leading a high‑performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with daily operations, opening and closing procedures, and visual merchandising standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, advising guests on denim fits, fabrics and styling.
• Coach, schedule and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and KPI’s.
• Monitor inventory levels, process shipments and conduct regular stock counts.
• Analyze sales reports, identify trends and recommend actions to improve performance.
• Support promotional events, collaborations and loyalty programs.
• Maintain loss‑prevention standards and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in retail, fashion or business preferred.
• 2+ years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
• Strong knowledge of denim products, fits and fabric technologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
