Job Summary

Lead the East Vineland Taco Bell restaurant as the Restaurant General Manager, overseeing all daily operations, staff, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Associate General Managers, Shift Managers and hourly crew members.
• Drive excellence in customer service to achieve high satisfaction scores.
• Maintain company standards for food quality, safety, and facility appearance.
• Develop and execute the restaurant’s annual operating plan, controlling labor, food, and overhead costs.
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate team members to build a high‑performing workforce.
• Analyze sales reports, forecast demand, and implement strategies to increase revenue.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
• Collaborate with corporate support teams on marketing promotions and new product launches.

Requirements

• Proven experience in fast‑food or quick‑service restaurant management, preferably with a multi‑unit background.
