Ochsner Health System is seeking a full‑time Registered Respiratory Therapist with Polysomnography expertise to join the OUHC Sleep Lab in Lafayette, Lafayette Parish, LA. This role supports patient care, sleep diagnostics, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive polysomnography studies, including setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting of sleep equipment.
• Assess, treat, and educate patients with respiratory disorders in the sleep laboratory.
• Analyze sleep study data, generate accurate reports, and communicate findings to physicians and care teams.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, state regulations, and accreditation standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff education programs.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) in Louisiana.
