Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to residential prospects to promote and sell services.
• Build rapport quickly, assess customer needs, and present tailored solutions.
• Achieve daily and weekly call targets while maintaining high quality standards.
• Record interactions accurately in the CRM system and follow up on leads.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to share best practices and improve conversion rates.

Required Qualifications

• High energy, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping people.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a call‑center environment (experience preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent computer literacy and comfort using CRM software.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote outbound calling.
• Availability to work the scheduled shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
