Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of mechatronic automation equipment at client sites across North America.
- Utilize Integrated 360™ technology for remote diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Execute SmartOps Dispatch™ procedures to ensure rapid response and minimal downtime.
- Provide 24/7/365 technical support, including after‑hours emergency calls.
- Document service activities, generate detailed reports, and update service logs in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to relay field feedback and suggest product improvements.
- Train client personnel on proper equipment operation and preventative maintenance practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Associate’s degree or technical certification in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

- Proficiency in reading schematics, PLC programming, and using diagnostic tools.
