About This Position
Alignerr is seeking a Researcher specialized in Lean 4 and Formal Proof Systems to work remotely on AI training projects. This contract role is ideal for mathematicians and verification experts who want to translate complex mathematical arguments into machine‑verifiable proofs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and formalize advanced mathematical proofs using the Lean 4 proof assistant.
- Collaborate with AI researchers to integrate formal proofs into machine learning pipelines.
- Design and implement verification strategies that improve AI reasoning capabilities.
- Document proof development processes and contribute to open‑source Lean 4 libraries.
- Participate in virtual research meetings and present findings to interdisciplinary teams.
Required Qualifications
- Strong background in pure mathematics, logic, or formal verification (PhD preferred).
- Hands‑on experience with Lean 4 or other proof assistants (Coq, Isabelle, Agda).
