Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor end‑to‑end Workday project lifecycles across several client engagements.
• Develop and maintain project charters, governance frameworks, schedules, risk registers, and status reports.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including functional consultants, technical leads, and client stakeholders—to meet scope, schedule, and quality targets.
• Facilitate regular steering committee meetings, issue resolution workshops, and change‑control processes.
• Provide strategic guidance on best‑practice Workday deployment methodologies and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, financial controls, and internal audit requirements.
• Mentor junior project managers and contribute to knowledge‑sharing across the project management community.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing large‑scale Workday implementations or similar enterprise HRIS projects.
• Proven track record delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
• Strong understanding of Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Finance, Talent Management) and integration patterns.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while aligning with US‑based client time zones.

Compensation & Benefits
