Job Summary
Jobgether is seeking a Remote Workday Project Management Specialist for a partner company, based in Pennsylvania, US. This senior‑level role leads multiple Workday implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor end‑to‑end Workday project lifecycles across several client engagements.
- Develop and maintain project charters, governance frameworks, schedules, risk registers, and status reports.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including functional consultants, technical leads, and client stakeholders—to meet scope, schedule, and quality targets.
- Facilitate regular steering committee meetings, issue resolution workshops, and change‑control processes.
- Provide strategic guidance on best‑practice Workday deployment methodologies and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, financial controls, and internal audit requirements.
- Mentor junior project managers and contribute to knowledge‑sharing across the project management community.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing large‑scale Workday implementations or similar enterprise HRIS projects.
- Proven track record delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
- Strong understanding of Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Finance, Talent Management) and integration patterns.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while aligning with US‑based client time zones.
Compensation & Benefits
