Key Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end technical program delivery for high‑availability iGaming services.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (engineering, product, security, compliance) across multiple time zones.
• Define program scope, roadmap, milestones, and success metrics while managing risks and dependencies.
• Drive adoption of AWS, micro‑services, container orchestration, and modern data pipelines.
• Ensure platform security, regulatory compliance, and performance SLA adherence.
• Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement and automation.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of program or project management experience in large‑scale, cloud‑native environments.
• Proven track record delivering complex, distributed systems in the iGaming or fintech sectors.
• Deep understanding of AWS services, micro‑service architectures, CI/CD, and observability tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to translate technical concepts for executive audiences.
• Experience with regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, AML, gaming licenses) is a plus.
