Remote LVN/LPN (Care Team)

Job Description A startup healthcare client in the San Francisco area is looking to hire a remote LVN or LPNs with a multi-state compact license. You will be in charge of meeting with around 10-15 patients a day for 20 minutes to go over the patients care plan and medications, followed by strict documentation for Medicare compliance.
