Kinfolk ABA is seeking a Remote/Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Raleigh, Wake County, US. This full‑time role offers a competitive salary between $168,480 and $178,880 and focuses on delivering evidence‑based ABA services to children and families.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans for children with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental challenges.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments, data analysis, and progress reviews to ensure program efficacy.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and paraprofessionals, providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate interventions across home, school, and community settings.
• Maintain accurate, HIPAA‑compliant documentation in the electronic health record system.
• Participate in regular case conferences, staff meetings, and professional development workshops.

Required Qualifications

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
