Job Summary
Kinfolk ABA is seeking a Remote/Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Raleigh, Wake County, US. This full‑time role offers a competitive salary between $168,480 and $178,880 and focuses on delivering evidence‑based ABA services to children and families.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans for children with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental challenges.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments, data analysis, and progress reviews to ensure program efficacy.
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and paraprofessionals, providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate interventions across home, school, and community settings.
- Maintain accurate, HIPAA‑compliant documentation in the electronic health record system.
- Participate in regular case conferences, staff meetings, and professional development workshops.
Required Qualifications
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
- Minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience delivering ABA services.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work remotely and travel to client sites on a hybrid schedule as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for on‑site visits.
