Job Summary

Insight Global is hiring a Remote Data Analyst based in Nashville, Davidson County, US. This individual contributor role supports a large‑scale Master Data Management (MDM) initiative with advanced data profiling, mapping and machine‑learning analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed data profiling and quality assessment across multiple source systems.
• Develop and maintain data mapping schemas to streamline migration processes.
• Apply Python‑based machine‑learning techniques to automate data matching and reduce manual effort.
• Collaborate with data engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders to define data requirements.
• Document data lineage, transformation logic, and validation results.
• Support testing and validation phases of data migration projects.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience with Python, including libraries such as pandas, scikit‑learn, and NumPy.
• Hands‑on experience in applied machine learning for data matching, classification, or clustering.
• Proven background in data profiling, data mapping, or Master Data Management projects.
• Understanding of relational databases and SQL querying.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.

Preferred Experience

• Previous work on data migration, data platforms, or data warehousing initiatives.
• Familiarity with cloud data services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).

Compensation

Salary: $82,950.73 per year (fixed).
