Techridge, Inc. is hiring a skilled COUPA Architect to work remotely from anywhere in the United States. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing Coupa procurement solutions while integrating them with enterprise systems such as Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design of Coupa implementations, ensuring scalability, security, and best‑practice standards.
• Develop end‑to‑end integration strategies between Coupa and enterprise applications (e.g., Salesforce, ERP systems).
• Guide and mentor technical teams through solution delivery, code reviews, and testing phases.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate procurement process requirements into technical specifications.
• Drive process transformation initiatives to improve spend management, supplier onboarding, and invoice automation.
• Perform performance tuning, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support for the Coupa environment.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, architecture diagrams, and governance frameworks.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing and implementing Coupa solutions.
• Proven expertise in Coupa modules (Procure to Pay, Invoice, Supplier Management, etc.).
• Strong background in integrating Coupa with Salesforce, ERP (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) or other SaaS platforms.
• Hands‑on experience with APIs, web services, middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar).
• Solid understanding of procurement, finance, and supply‑chain processes.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally with both technical and business teams.
• Relevant certifications (Coupa Certified Architect, Salesforce Integration, PMP) are a plus.
