Reliability Engineer (Onsite)

Job Summary

Pratt & Whitney is seeking a full‑time Reliability Engineer (Onsite) in Phenix City, Russell County, GA. This role supports the MPC facility on Macon Rd, ensuring equipment reliability and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct root‑cause analysis on equipment failures and develop corrective actions.
• Implement predictive maintenance programs using reliability‑centered maintenance (RCM) principles.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to improve product lifecycle.
• Generate reliability reports, KPI dashboards, and risk assessments.
• Lead failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) workshops.
• Maintain documentation in compliance with aerospace standards and internal procedures.

Requirements

• U.S. citizen, U.S. person, or eligible immigration status – no sponsorship now or in the future.
• Authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in reliability engineering, preferably in aerospace or high‑tech manufacturing.
• Proficiency with reliability tools (RBI, Weibull analysis, DOE) and data analytics.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.

Compensation

Annual salary: $162,519.34 (fixed).
