Key Responsibilities

• Leverage an existing network of CFOs, controllers, hiring managers and business owners to generate new accounting and finance placement opportunities.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment cycles, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Maintain and grow client relationships to become a trusted talent advisor.
• Meet or exceed monthly placement targets and revenue goals.
• Provide market insights on compensation trends and talent availability.

Required Qualifications

• Proven track record in accounting or finance recruiting with a strong pipeline of senior‑level contacts.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Understanding of finance roles such as CFO, controller, FP&A, and accounting manager.
• Ability to negotiate contracts and close deals quickly.
