Key Responsibilities
- Leverage an existing network of CFOs, controllers, hiring managers, and business owners to generate new accounting and finance placement opportunities.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and qualifying candidates to presenting offers and closing deals.
- Maintain strong client relationships, act as a trusted advisor, and provide market insights on talent trends.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly placement targets while ensuring a high level of candidate and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to share best practices and improve overall performance.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in accounting or finance recruitment, with an established network of senior finance professionals.
- Exceptional relationship‑building and communication skills.
- Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and comfortable working remotely.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and pipelines simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $150,775 per year (fixed).
