Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with senior finance leaders, hiring managers, and business owners.
• Source, screen, and present qualified accounting and finance candidates for client openings.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial contact to placement and onboarding.
• Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth transition for both client and candidate.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client data in the ATS and provide regular pipeline updates.
• Meet or exceed quarterly placement targets and revenue goals.

Required Qualifications

• Proven track record in accounting or finance recruiting with an established network of senior finance professionals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and comfortable working remotely.
• Strong organizational abilities and proficiency with recruiting tools and CRM systems.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
