Key Responsibilities

• Leverage an existing network of CFOs, controllers, hiring managers and business owners to generate new accounting and finance placement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and client companies, guiding them through the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Screen, interview and assess finance professionals to match client specifications and cultural fit.
• Negotiate offers and manage the closing process to ensure timely placements.
• Track pipeline metrics, provide regular updates to senior leadership, and continuously improve sourcing strategies.

Requirements

• Proven track record in accounting or finance recruitment with an established network of senior finance executives.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong organizational abilities and proficiency with ATS and CRM tools.
