Key Responsibilities
- Analyze Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer contracts to identify reimbursement opportunities and compliance risks.
- Develop and maintain reimbursement models, dashboards, and reporting tools for senior leadership.
- Collaborate with finance, clinical, and operations teams to implement process improvements that enhance cash flow and reduce denials.
- Provide guidance on coding, billing, and policy changes affecting reimbursement.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Health Administration, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare reimbursement, revenue cycle, or financial analysis.
- Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and private payer regulations.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with SQL, Tableau, or similar analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
