Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze reimbursement data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including finance, compliance, and clinical operations—to ensure accurate claim submissions.
  • Develop and maintain reimbursement models, dashboards, and reporting tools.
  • Provide guidance on payer policy changes and support contract negotiations.
  • Assist in training staff on reimbursement best practices and system usage.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular performance reports for senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Health Administration, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare reimbursement, coding, or claims analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer regulations.
