Key Responsibilities
- Analyze reimbursement data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including finance, compliance, and clinical operations—to ensure accurate claim submissions.
- Develop and maintain reimbursement models, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Provide guidance on payer policy changes and support contract negotiations.
- Assist in training staff on reimbursement best practices and system usage.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular performance reports for senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Health Administration, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare reimbursement, coding, or claims analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer regulations.
