About This Position

Job Summary

Join a reputable healthcare provider in Plano, Collin County as a Registered Nurse, Antepartum – PRN, Nights. Provide high‑quality antepartum and labor & delivery care on a flexible, as‑needed schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver compassionate nursing care to antepartum patients during night shifts.
  • Monitor maternal and fetal vital signs, administer medications, and assist with assessments.
  • Collaborate with obstetricians, midwives, and the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
  • Document patient information accurately in electronic health records.
  • Respond to emergencies, including basic cardiac life support (BCLS) interventions.
  • Maintain compliance with CLIA regulations and hospital policies.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Nursing or Associate degree from an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).
  • RN licensure in Texas (or ability to obtain prior to start date).
  • One year of clinical nursing experience or completion of an RN residency program.
  • Strong preference for at least one year of antepartum and one year of labor & delivery experience.
  • Current BCLS certification.
  • Eligibility to meet CLIA foreign‑education equivalency requirements.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary: $60,762.18 (PRN, nights). Competitive benefits package includes health, dental, vision, retirement plans, and continuing education support.
