Key Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence‑based nutrition assessments, counseling, and care plans for members across the Medical Management/Health Services team.
- Collaborate with marketing, communications, and community partners to develop educational materials and health‑promotion programs.
- Participate in virtual and on‑site events, workshops, and webinars to advance member engagement.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Monitor and evaluate nutrition outcomes, providing data‑driven recommendations for program improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Current Registered Dietician (RD) license in the state of Illinois.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- At least 2 years of clinical nutrition experience, preferably in managed‑care or health‑plan settings.
- Strong communication skills for interdisciplinary collaboration and public speaking.
- Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and data analytics tools.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% for events and community outreach.
