Key Responsibilities

• Conduct nutrition assessments and develop individualized care plans for hospitalized patients.
• Provide evidence‑based medical nutrition therapy for common disease states such as diabetes, cardiac, renal, and gastrointestinal conditions.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate nutrition interventions into overall patient care.

Qualifications
