Job Summary
Achieving Stars Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in‑home and community‑based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for individuals with developmental disabilities in Commerce City, Adams County, US.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement individualized ABA therapy plans under the supervision of a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Collect accurate data on client performance, behavior frequency, and skill acquisition.
- Provide one‑on‑one support during therapy sessions in home, school, and community settings.
- Assist with skill‑building activities, social interaction coaching, and functional communication training.
- Maintain clear and timely documentation in electronic health records.
- Participate in weekly team meetings, share observations, and help adjust treatment plans.
- Ensure client safety and follow all health‑and‑safety protocols.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
- High school diploma or GED; associate’s degree in psychology, special education, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 6 months of hands‑on experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or related developmental disorders.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with families, teachers, and clinical staff.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel within the Commerce City area.
- Background check, CPR/First Aid certification, and compliance with state licensing requirements.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $39,520 – $54,080 annually, based on experience and certification level. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, professional development reimbursement, and a supportive team environment.
