Job Summary
The Regional Sales Manager (HVAC / Plumbing / Smart Water Technology) will drive sales growth for a smart leak detection innovator across a Florida territory. This full‑time, remote role is based in Sarasota, Manatee County, FL.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and close new accounts in the HVAC, plumbing, and smart water technology sectors.
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to meet or exceed the annual quota of $96,433.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for distributors, contractors, and facility managers.
- Build strong relationships with channel partners, architects, and engineering firms.
- Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams to shape future offerings.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecast pipeline, and report weekly performance metrics.
- Travel within the assigned Florida territory to attend trade shows, client meetings, and training sessions.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven B2B sales experience in HVAC, plumbing, or smart water technology (minimum 3 years).
- Strong understanding of leak detection, water conservation, and building automation solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Must reside in Florida and be authorized to work in the US.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for regional travel.
Compensation & Benefits
