The Regional Sales Manager – Fire at W S DARLEY & CO will lead revenue growth and market penetration for fire, rescue and EMS solutions across the Itasca, DuPage County area. This full‑time role offers a salary of $104,822.45.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan targeting DoW, Federal, and government‑adjacent municipal customers.
• Build and nurture strategic relationships with key decision‑makers, including fire chiefs, emergency managers, and procurement officers.
• Present and sell integrated life‑safety solutions, equipment, services, and training that comply with NFPA, UFC and DoW fire protection standards.
• Identify new business opportunities, conduct market analysis, and drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract close.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and training teams to create customized technical proposals and demonstrations.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecast quarterly sales, and report performance metrics to senior leadership.
• Represent W S DARLEY & CO at industry conferences, trade shows, and government procurement events.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Public Safety or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of B2G sales experience selling fire, rescue or EMS equipment and services.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a regional or territory role.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA, UFC and DoW fire protection standards.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and contract management skills.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory (up to 40% of the time).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
