Regional IT Administrator

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, tablets, and mobile devices for virtual and hybrid school environments.
• Implement and enforce security policies, including patch management, antivirus, encryption, and access controls.
• Monitor device performance, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and provide Tier‑2 support to end‑users.
• Collaborate with school IT staff to standardize imaging, software distribution, and asset inventory processes.
• Maintain documentation of configurations, procedures, and compliance reports.
• Assist in planning and rolling out technology upgrades and new initiatives across the region.

Required Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in endpoint management within K‑12 or similar multi‑site environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), SCCM, or equivalent device management tools.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS, Android, and common productivity suites (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
• Experience with network fundamentals, VPN, and Wi‑Fi troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with educators, administrators, and technical teams.
