Job Summary

Thrive is hiring a Regional Field Tech in Louisville, Jefferson County, US. The role provides on‑site technical support, equipment installations and customer training across the Louisville, KY region.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites throughout Louisville and surrounding areas to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Perform installations, upgrades, and preventative maintenance on networking, server and peripheral equipment.
• Deliver hands‑on training and product demonstrations to end‑users.
• Document service calls, parts used and resolution steps in the company ticketing system.
• Collaborate with the central support team to escalated issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain inventory of field equipment and ensure compliance with safety and company policies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar) preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in field service, IT support, or related technical roles.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, networking fundamentals, and common enterprise hardware.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; ability to travel daily within the region.
• Problem‑solving mindset and ability to work independently.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $83,262.37 annually.
