Key Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate, and lead recreational programs including golf, fitness classes, and entertainment events.
• Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction by providing personalized service and timely assistance.
• Maintain equipment, facilities, and inventory in safe and excellent condition.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to integrate recreation offerings into overall guest itineraries.
