Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and manage pharmacy rebate contracts, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including finance, legal, and pharmacy operations—to negotiate rebate terms and resolve discrepancies.
- Develop and maintain rebate forecasting models and reporting dashboards for senior leadership.
- Provide expert guidance on formulary management, pricing strategies, and cost‑containment initiatives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor rebate strategies to recommend actionable improvements.
- Support audit processes and prepare documentation for internal and external reviews.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree and active pharmacist license in at least one US state.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in rebate management, pharmacy benefit management (PBM), or related pharmaceutical finance roles.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities; comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and commercial pharmacy contracts.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines.
