Key Responsibilities

• Capture high‑quality interior and exterior photographs of residential and commercial properties.
• Operate UAVs (drones) to produce aerial imagery and video tours, complying with FAA regulations.
• Edit and retouch photos and video footage using industry‑standard software (Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
• Collaborate with real‑estate agents to understand marketing goals and deliver customized visual packages.
• Maintain and transport photography equipment, ensuring it is clean, calibrated, and ready for each shoot.
• Manage file organization, backup, and delivery of final media assets to clients via cloud platforms.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in real‑estate photography and drone operation (minimum 2 years).
• Valid FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating composition, lighting, and post‑production skills.
