Job Summary
Fischer Homes is seeking a part‑time Real Estate Closing Coordinator for its Indianapolis, Marion County office. In this onsite role you will guide homebuyers through the final closing ceremony, delivering a seamless and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule residential real‑estate closings with buyers, sellers, lenders, and attorneys.
- Prepare, review, and distribute closing documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indiana law.
- Maintain communication with all parties to resolve any last‑minute issues or document discrepancies.
- Manage the flow of funds, escrow deposits, and settlement statements.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering client questions and explaining the closing process.
- Update internal systems and maintain organized closing files for audit purposes.
- Collaborate with Homestead Title Agency staff to uphold company standards and timelines.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in real‑estate, business, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1‑2 years experience in real‑estate closing, title work, or escrow administration.
- Strong knowledge of Indiana real‑estate closing procedures and documentation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer‑focused mindset.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple closings simultaneously.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, title software, and electronic signature platforms.
- Ability to work 20‑30 hours per week onsite in Indianapolis.
Compensation & Benefits
