Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for ACH Modernization initiatives, SaaS platforms, APIs, and batch/file processing.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define test strategies, test plans, and quality metrics.
• Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.
• Identify, document, and track defects; work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
• Generate comprehensive test reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in quality assurance for payment processing or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of ACH standards, API testing, and SaaS environments.
• Proficiency with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG) and scripting languages (Python, JavaScript).
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

• Experience with performance and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
