Psychology Service Manager

Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Psychology Service Manager to oversee triage, referral pathways and service coordination for a specialist paediatric psychology service. This permanent, part‑time role is fully remote/hybrid and based in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the triage process for incoming paediatric psychology referrals.
• Develop, implement and continuously improve referral pathways and service coordination.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clinicians and external partners to ensure seamless client journeys.
• Monitor service performance metrics and produce regular reports for senior management.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to junior staff and support workers.
• Ensure compliance with NHS, GDPR and professional standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Psychology or a closely related field (master’s preferred).
• Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in paediatric psychology service delivery or a similar healthcare setting.
• Proven experience in managing referral pathways, triage systems and multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Strong organisational, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment.
