Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and submit initial enrollment and re‑enrollment applications for physicians, clinics, and other healthcare providers to Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance plans.
• Maintain up‑to‑date provider profiles in internal databases and payer portals, ensuring all credentialing documents are current.
• Track application status, follow up with payers, and resolve any discrepancies or missing information.
• Collaborate closely with providers, credentialing teams, and billing departments to gather required documentation and answer payer inquiries.
• Monitor re‑credentialing and re‑validation timelines, sending reminders and completing necessary paperwork before deadlines.
• Generate regular reports on enrollment progress, approval rates, and outstanding issues for management review.
• Stay informed on changing federal and state regulations affecting provider enrollment and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in health administration, business, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years experience in provider enrollment, healthcare credentialing, or medical office administration.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer enrollment processes.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience using payer portals or enrollment software.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with providers, payers, and internal teams.

Compensation & Benefits
