Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of vacation rental properties before guest arrivals and after check‑out.
• Document property condition, identify maintenance issues, and coordinate repairs with the maintenance team.
• Ensure all units comply with safety regulations, cleanliness standards, and brand guidelines.
• Provide detailed inspection reports and photo evidence in the company’s property management system.
• Collaborate with the reservations and housekeeping teams to schedule inspections without disrupting bookings.
• Assist guests with on‑site issues when needed, delivering a “WOW” experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or facilities management background preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot potential issues quickly.
