This role is a deep‑hands‑on technical Subject Matter Expert responsible for administering, configuring, integrating, troubleshooting, patching, documenting, and supporting SES’s ProjectWise and Autodesk Forma environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain ProjectWise and Autodesk Forma servers, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
• Configure system settings, user permissions, and workflows to meet project requirements.
• Integrate ProjectWise with other enterprise tools (e.g., BIM 360, SharePoint, ERP systems).
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, applying patches and updates promptly.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including SOPs, configuration guides, and support tickets.
• Provide Tier‑2/3 support to internal teams and external partners, delivering clear communication and timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to understand workflow needs and propose technical solutions.
• Monitor system health, generate performance reports, and recommend improvements.
• Participate in on‑call rotation for after‑hours support as required.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience administering ProjectWise and Autodesk Forma.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, SQL Server, and network fundamentals.
• Proven ability to script automation tasks (PowerShell, Python, or similar).
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with a focus on execution and technical ownership.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• US citizenship or permanent residency; must reside on US soil.
• Eligibility to work in the US without corporate‑to‑corporate arrangements.

Preferred Experience

• Certifications such as Autodesk Certified Professional or ProjectWise Administrator.
• Experience with cloud‑based deployments (AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity with BIM workflows and construction‑focused software integrations.
